At Evening Prayer we’ve started into the book of Proverbs this week.  Today we’ll be reading from chapter 3, and I’ve prepared a homily for you all, looking at a few verses in the second half of the chapter.

  1. Thanks for this homily! It always amazes me how much you can unpack from a small section of scripture! Then I realize that’s because you relate it so well with your vast overall knowledge of scripture. Your talks always make me want to develop a better OVERALL knowledge of scripture!
